The Appalachian Festival provides a marketplace for traditional hand-made Appalachian Crafts. It fosters a sense of pride among Appalachian Migrants in the Greater Cincinnati area and celebrates it’s rich cultural treasures.  We present the annual festival and share the revenue through a small grants program. Celebrate an American culture at Appalachian Heritage Day in Miami Whitewater Forest on Saturday, August 7. The whole family can come out to Miami Whitewater Forest Harbor from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for a day of bluegrass music, traditional food and craft demonstrations.
